New split single from The Six
Wrath Records and Manchester based Valentine records have joined forces for a special limited edition 7" single featuring two brand spanking new tracks from THE SCARAMANGA SIX & LES FLAMES!

The Scaramanga Six are back with a full throttle, 100% rock-out entitled 'YOU DO, YOU DIE!' It features vocal sparring that resembles a barking contest between sibling frontmen, Steven & Paul Morricone. In the words of some bloke who heard it "This track starts off a bit like Cardiacs but then mutates into Motorhead! How?" The track will also feature on The Six's forthcoming new album 'STRIKE! UP THE BAND' which isn't quite ready yet. Expect a tour around late Autumn to promote it though.

Les Flames! are from Leeds and make up Valentine Records' side of the split.This band have already racked up a series of high profile live appearances around the country, since their debut at the Valentine showcase in Manchester back in July, "Wrong" is their debut recorded release and we're expecting great things from the "Frenchcore" rock'n'roll six piece.

This (strictly limited) 7" is now available via Mail Order from this site as well as www.valentinerecords.co.uk The official launch party is at the Fenton in Leeds on Saturday August 31st. We were going to call the split 7'' 'Hot cakes' because that's what they will sell like.
